Mortal Fools Theatre Project

DRACULA – October 2010

In 1938, Orson Welles adapted Bram Stoker’s DRACULA for radio broadcast. In 2010, Mortal Fools directors Christopher Clark and Jennifer Reed will take that adaptation one step further with our new experimental production based on that original radio broadcast. If you’ve seen “radio theatre” you haven’t seen this. This will be one Halloween season you’re not soon to forget.

Artwork

The images below are a small sample of the original artwork being created for our production.  These images will be projected during the play as six actors provide the voices, two more provide the sound effects, and one more accompanies the performance with violin and accordion.
